Home Search

Throughout this part of the process we:

• Actively work with you to find your new home by providing regular search results of properties that fit your criteria and using our intra-office networks to uncover properties not currently listed. • Tour homes together and provide our expertise in evaluating properties as you narrow your options and make important decisions.
• Help you zero in on specific properties and carefully review and analyze all inspection reports, disclosures and other information relating to the condition of the home.

Title & Financing

• If you are obtaining a mortgage, the lender will order an appraisal after the inspection period to determine the value and ensure it is at or above the agreed upon purchase price. We will work with you and your lender to resolve any issues should they arise.
• We also provide referrals for title companies and resources to obtain homeowner’s insurance.
• Working with the closer at the title company we ensure the transaction closes smoothly and on time, and answer any questions regarding liens, property boundaries, final closing costs and logistics.
